Ring the gal on the switch and she'll send you a copy. Shoot, get 2 copies, one for an interested mate.

i tried to fill out one of these sort of things a while back and buggered if i (or my mate at the tackle shop) could understand half of it.. dead set, you needed to be a "brain-iack" to work it out!! >:(

Nah mate this RIS is just a tidy up of all the management plans put in place by the various MACs. The MACs and DPI decide what they want in the fishery - they put out the plans in a RIS and the public get their say.

You can have the right to be sceptical because unless there is a major (and I mean major) outcry there are unlikley to be many changes. However having said that I can give you probably 20-30 examples of small variations made to accomodate certain groups who have put a good case - or when it's pointed out that there may be a mistake in the RIS :-X.

Please have you say though - I urge everyone.
