Yellow Zones ?

I noticed that when fishing in yellow zones you can use ganged hooks but no mention is made of snooded rigs,is this an oversight or are they baned because of the potential to abuse the system?,example,instead of snooding three hooks an inch apart,some one may decide to snood them two feet apart and fish a seperate bait on each hook.

An oversight? No I don't think so as it's basically covered in the definition of a "hook" and specifically the definition of a "ganged hook set" and any other hook arrangements that are not in the definition would not constitute a "hook" as per the zoning plan definition.
