This is a top booklet from Maritime Safety Queensland but due to lack of finances, the Department invariably has none left or the local Offices either don't have them or never put them on display! Even we have great trouble getting supplies from them!

The more 'user-pays' is pushed , beware BLOODSUCKERS ,more 'user-expectations'
