Where to find maps?

been going out fishing in my mates boats but his got no GPS, and we would like to know where we are when/if we find a good spot.

so where would i look to find some up to date maps of Jacobs Wells, Broadwater and the Tweed?

Unfortunately the guys that produce the charts don't like to give them away for nothing. :P
You can buy proper laminated charts from some Queensland transport places or most good tackle shops or places like Springwood Marine etc., One for the bottom half of the bay will cost you about $24. They show depths etc. so worthwhile if you are new to an area. There is also Brownies Beacon to Beacon which has Maps from Bundy? down to the tweed I think. Cost about $40. It shows all the nav marks Islands ramps etc. I got both and a GPS and I still get lost. 8)
