Mobile access in bay and islands

Hi Guys,
I am with Optus and was wondering what the access is like around the bay and Moreton island in particular?
I know sometimes its hard to get a signal around the pin at times so was wondering about the other areas.

I've never had any probs with my bro ringing me when i have been at mud or green, he is optus as well and lives in bruns, although its no substitute for a marine radio.
