I don't expect to get exact details but feel free to tell us anyway.

So where are your favourite landbased spots in the Sunshine Coast/Brisbane/Gold Coast areas?

I've just started getting back into my fishing, flicking lures around for Flathead and Bream. I have had limited success around the bridges behind the casino on the Goldie for trevally and for flathead around the flats at Tallebudgera. I also spotted a small jew follow my lure and have a nudge up near the old bridge upstream at Tallebudggera. Apart from that I haven't had much success land based fishing although its a different story when I get the chance to go out in the boat.

Niz - At the moment, my favourite land based spot is at the mouth of Nudgee Creek. Caught some good size flathead there (And 1 undersize bream!). Plus its close to home, so all good!

keep em coming guys. Some other spots that I haven't fished in awhile but have produced some very memorable catches are end of the north wall seaway and Fingal head.

I have to say that, looking out from Point Lookout today (08.00-10.30am) that the tailor were screaming like torpedos as far as the eye could see. They progressively moved out by 11am. I decided to have breakfast with my family and just watch, but I was secretly itching. Only one person went out with halco slugs!!!! Also saw a large pelagic in North Gorge.

What a beautiful day and beautiful spot!
