Just wondering how far south of the QLD/NSW border has anyone caught mud crabs?

I was told there were muddies caught in broklyn? any truths in this?

The biggest meanest muddies I've ever caught have come from the Hawkesbury R, Sydney Harbour and Georges R. These 3 water ways are full of them

Have personally caught them as far south as Sussex Inlet.

:o how I didn't know they were down that far.

Heath can I ask what type of trap did you use? I've only ever caught blue swimmers in the Hawkesbury River. :-*

Muddies are up river, towards Spencer.

Plenty in the Sydney area. Parramatta River, Georges River & Port Hacking all hold mudddies. Some of them might light up a bit in the dark though [smiley=thumbsdown.gif] [smiley=freak.gif] [smiley=thumbsdown.gif]
