I stumbled across this site, http://www.aaawa.iinet.net.au/NationalAAAFishingRecords
It contains the recognized fish records currently held by anglers. To apply for a new record catch you download a application form and fill in the criteria. Im sure some of the ausfishers would be able to smash some of the records.
I can't get the page up. Is the address correct?

You going to catch that fish in WA waters Mick? If you want a chance to set some real records, join an ANSA or IGFA club.
Jeremy
Nahhh, thats cheating Jeremy, everything in WA is mosterous. Beach worms probably eat pythons over there. I'll give the nannagai a sporting chance and fish for them in Peter Faust Dam. (LOL).
Check out these taylor that a friend caught in WA. I have never caught any this big, but then again I don't fish for them.
Mick
No where even close to a 12kg record. Crikey!
