Buoyweather is Dead

Is it just me or are the free (non-subscription) parts of buoyweather not available anymore. :-[ :'(.
Please tell me this is not so. ???

Buoyweather is alive and well. I was unable to get it up (the page) a couple of weeks ago and Black_Rat told me the same had happened to him. Just keep trying and it will come back.
