Tweed fishing

Going to the Tweed in July, for a couple of weeks. Anyone got a mud map, and fishing suggestions, (in a boat.)
I understand I can only have one crab pot per person, plus a number of dillies, true?
Are are licences issued?

Water will be too cold for crabs in July. You will need a licence if fishing in the river or out side.

YOu are allowed 1 trap & 5 pots per person.

Try to get down to Kingscliff or Fingal which are close by. There are some nice reefs out from there
