hmmmm,

The radar image weakens as it gets further from the signal base. You can see cyclone Ingrid here, but only the west side as the signal gets eaten up by the weather pattern.

Living on the Sunshine Coast means I'm a reasonable distance from the Brisbane and Gympie radar, so I look at both and compare them.

A couple of times (especially when you use the "loop" feature) you'll see the blind spots move around. Its quite obvious.

I was looking at that yesterday to see how the North of the State looked. It appears that you only have the one radar up there - nothing for further north or west. Is that correct or was I not looking in the right place ??
