Gar fish

Does anyone know any good reliable spots on the northside(Brisbane), where i can fish for gar?

even hints would be appreciated ;D

are you after saltwater gar or freshwater. cause if your after fresh ones go to Lake Samsonvale(north pine dam) tonnes of them.

Grayman, I think I read in another post somewhere that they can be found in the Pummicestone Passage at Bribie... Have a look through some old posts to find it. You can always run a search and look for "Gar"
