Hi
Myself and a friend want to launch a boat somewhere along the port phillip coast close to the city(Victoria).

Doesn't anyone know of a reliable(and cheap) boat launch around that has casual admission?

There are a few public ramps around the city - Altona bay, Williamstown, and St Kilda. I would use the Altona or St Kilda ramps unless you have a boat under 4m. You may have to pay at these ramps but they are top class.
