Wanted: Pearl Perch and Snapper Recipes

I have some Whole Pearl Perch and Snapper but unfortunately no recipes. #I was wondering if anyone has any recipes for these fish. #These fish range from #2 - 4 kg each. #Unfortunately I don't have a BBQ so the Fan Forced Oven will have to do :'(. #
