Target Jewies

With the dirty water in the seaway would tonight be a good time to target jewies . I was thinking Id drift a mullet under a float, live or fillet off the end of the seaway (Land based). Anyone got an opinion on this ,, or a better option. Im open to suggestions.

I m at ballina the river is in flood which is good for anyone wanting big jew :D going to spin feathered jigs from the end of the wall this system has accounted for alot of big fish down this way probably worth a try up there! good luck ;) Mal
