Wasn't sure if I should mention Combantran or if your worried about sick worms maybe the vet. ::)

Hold a mirror under yer butt - when they come out for a look, grab the little mothers!!

Metho is the trick. Soak them for 10-20 minutes and then remove them and put in bags for the freezer. They never seem to freeze solid and are not too rubbery if put in fresh seawater for a short while before use.
