New boat...where to fish?

Hey all.
Intrigued by this site and thought I'd ask for some friendly advice as where to fish.
I've just purchased a Quintrex Freedom Sport 480 and being new to Brisbane, have not a clue where to go and fish in the Bay. I'm just after a few good ideas to take family and friends for a day out. I live in Wynnum.
Any ideas or advice are appreciated.

Mud island is a good spot,Jumpinpin area offers heaps or take a day trip over to the wrecks at tangalooma morton island area.some top fishing around some of the guys would be keen to show you where.

I'm just looking for some spots for bream, whiting, lizards etc.

I've heard there is a bit of a reef off Straddie/Myora??? Any action there?
