Notice Of Annual General Meeting and Public Forum
NEWBOLDS BOWLING CLUB
Fifth St, Mayfield, Newcastle, NSW
Sunday 23rd October
9.30am to 5.00pm
9.30am – 12.30 pm: - Public Forum.
The Public are invited to make comment to the party, give insight and ask questions, join the party and pay memberships. Our fees are $22.00 for a three- year membership.
Committee members and past Election Candidates will be on hand to take comments and answer your queries about policies/political matter and future directions. Access to the resource and fishing legislation and any other everyday Australian issue are likely to be discussed including a summary of our fishing survey, which closes on the Friday 21st October but we will accept up until the AGM meeting completion. The next NSW State Elections are to be a highly contested test for the major parties. We want to make sure they get the message and we might even score a Senate seat (or two).
12.30pm-1.30pm: - Lunch. The kitchen will be open for light snacks.
1.30pm-5pm: - Annual Meeting open to financial members only. This will consist of reports and election of committee (9) and general business. Members (or intending) wishing to place an agenda item for discussion or nominate to be a committee member, please advise the Chairman, prior to the 16th October. The agenda will then be listed.
