Through various circumstances I am on Ausfish at strange hours.
I work overseas so with the time difference and my 12 hour working day means I am online during 8pm to 8 am local time period.
When Im home I get up any where from 3 am to 6 am. This morning I have been online since 2am because I flew in last night and an still in work mode.
So just curious as to why other members are online at these times???

i on line between 12 and 6 because i cant sleep i have a bad back and the pain keeps me a wake.most of the time.i get a lot of broken sleep the rest i run a charter boat so i up about 5am to go to work.

I work a continental shift for half the year so get on at strange times. Even when I'm on days i get up between 4 and 5 in the morning.

Nite shift >:( >:( . Gotta get some distraction happening . Sometimes watch the weather all nite then go home ,hook up the boat and off out .

Sometimes I just can't sleep so I scour the posts on the site until the paper arrives about 5am. Some mornings there's plenty of new stuff to read, other days there's not much at all.

It's 2.05am as I'm typing this. Got up, made a coffee and have just started to trawl through the posts, which should take a while.

One of the other reasons Im up early is that it is definitely the best part of the day. I have been doing it since I was 10.
It is peaceful and the start of a new day..
This morning it is 3:50am thereabouts. different reason this morning. going fishing ;D. will be in vic point in just over the hour..

sorry to hear about the back, I know what thats like, where can I find more about your charter?
I guess what ever the reason, Night shift, insomnia, or super keen like Devocean, its good to have Ausfish.
Might have to get this chat thing to work, So on the quiet post days (theoldtimer and Luc) we will have another reason to rise early

I sometimes check it late at night after 11pm when finished a movie or working.

Hi all if you guys are working Night shift how come youron the net? LOL
Just wondering what type of work you are doing that give you time to get on here . Maybe it just a case of you have to be there keeping a watch on Thing aey ? Cheers Harry

I can't go online at work but work 3 different shifts a week so end up home strange hours.
