I am heading to Fraser next weekend from Friday arvo to Monday night (proudly sponsored by my employer) how good. Does anyone have any reports???
I am heading to Orchid Beach to stay and exploring as much as possible.
The surf rods are already packed and the spinning reels are already rigged.
The Kingfisher Jetty looks like it will be getting a flogging from the madman at some stage.
Another quick question. My understudy is travelling on Luxury Afloat and is curious as what the fishing is like around Ungowa. Is it worth the hassel?
He is travelling from Tin Can Bay up to Kingfisher and attempting to drink as much as possible and hopefully catch a whiting or three. He's hopeless. Can someone give him some hints??

P.S. When getting off the barge can you still travel around Hook Point or is the inland track compulsory??
