Hey Charleville

A good place to look for this info is in the Anglers Journal & Almanac published by the Australian fishing Network (AFN). #I got one from K-Mart.

Gives an Australian fishing calendar (what you were asking about), essential State fishing regs in Australia , a guide for fish weight from length, solunar and tide tables for 3 years, a formatted fishing diary and a few other things.
Not a real bad little publication.
