marine "goop" glue

I am trying to find marine type "goop" glue in a store in vic. The marine type is UV stabilize. Anyone know were to get it ?

Goop is an american product and don't what the alternative is here

I have found "goop shoe glue" and it is almost the same but UV stabilize is what I need.
