Have the in-laws arriving on Sunday for a day out in the boat & by the looks of things it's looking like either a trip up the bribie passage or the BNE river will have to be the go. I'm at redcliffe and am looking for a good ramp to launch a 6.2M Stacer from that will give me protected access to the River. Any ideas? I've heard Nudgee Beach has a good ramp?

Thanks,
grunta

Yeah it does. Very good ramp, big carpark, pontoon, toilet block (good for families), etc... There's even electric BBQ's there I think too...

They have unfortunately removed the wash down tap though...

Yeah, Nudgee's a good ramp but if you're heading for the river wouldn't you be better putting in at the river? Pinkenbah could be the go for you. You could give 'em a nice run up past South Bank. The city looks great from the water.
