AUSFISH service

The level of service offered by bussiness has offen been talked about on here. But I think ausfish has given me some of the best service. Everytime that I have ordered something it turns up quicker than what I would have expected. I ordered the 50kg scales 2.30pm thurs5/1/06 and turned up 1000kms away the next day.
just cant beat the service ;D

You are absolutley right in acknowledging good service when you get it.

Too many times do we hear the whingeing about bad service #but fail to say anything when we are treated like we matter. #Further, if bad service or product is received, we SHOULD always whinge to the " source " not our mates at work, the bloke next door etc. #If more people took the time to complain to the ' source " and also compliment the ' source', I firmly believe the " service " industries as a whole would flourish.


This probably all comes back to basic manners. #Saying thank you to someone who does the small things for you etc.

Thanks for the kind words. I try to get orders out as soon as possible, only had 37 to post that day, mainly scales, so it was a pretty easy day.

As I have always said "The only thing I sell is service"
