I would be interested to hear where others get their boating/fishing weather reports from. I use BOM for forecasts and current observations (http://www.bom.gov.au) and buoy reports from
http://buoyweather.com/ to determine sea conditions. Problem is sometimes they conflict. I am a little disappointe with the depth of marine forecasts on BOM. Are there better internet sites around?

Many people use Seabreeze.

www.seabreeze.com.au

Usually is fairly accurate

Yeah, Seabreeze is the go.

If there's ever any conflict between bouyweather and BOM (and there often is), use it as the casting vote.

BOM's the least accurate in my experience.

Good luck,
Mike

I agree that seabreeze is usually more accurate than BOM, especially 24 to 48 hours out.

The strange thing is that they all use the same data that is collected by BOM, I guess its the modelling that differs.

Oh for the days when they used to stick their heads ot the window, the old technology used to get better results IMHO

Thank you for your input. There are some very worthwhile sites listed here, each with their own strengths.
