New Fish Measurement Rules - Nth Qld

Boating and Fisheries patrol officers have continually reported that they are catching too many north Qld anglers with undersize fish. The main excuse being that they did not bring a tape measure, or that they left school before getting to Measurement in maths, or they were too pissed.

Therefore the rules have now been simplified

All measurements will be in "cans"

eg:

Bream, Whiting 2 cans
Squire, Queenies 3 cans
Barra, Mackerel 4 cans
etc
