WEIPA BARRA

I'll be lucky enough to find myself in Weipa in April with a day or two spare to go fishing. I've never fished for barra so I'm keen to give it a go. Any suggestions as to charters/guides would be much appreciated.

Plenty of good options, both guides and land based. April is prime pun off. If you have not alreday got a guide booked I would suggest you get cracking. Not going to recommend any in partricular but all the establsihed long termers are pretty good. Try the bridge at light from the platform on last half of ebb tide. Always good.
