I am thinking about doing a run to Moreton, maybe camping overnight, trolling the bay, or sneaking around the Cape if the conditions are right. I have a 100L fuel tank on a 5.25m Stace pushing a 90 mariner. After 50 hours engine time I still can't be certain of the economoy rate but I think I might get between 1.5-2 km per litre. Is there anywhere on Moreton (maybe Tanga) where private boats can pull in and fill up their petrol tanks, or should I take a jerry can with me?

Angus

Take jerry's. The only place up that way that I think you can get fuel is at Bulwer and it is a long walk.
