I read in todays paper that James Packer has moved the Artic P from Sydney Harbour as he hasnt time to use it now he is the boss.The article says the Artic P is the 4th most luxury motor yatch in the world.

I also like the suspension seat for the driver. No need to slow down in rough conditions outside.

I dont think it couldnt handle the fight from any fish over 15cm.

believe it or not there is something similar in the Logan river upstream from the freeway. That's if it hadn't sunk yet.
It was by no means as flash as the one shown in the above picture though #:)
It was moored on the Beenleigh side of the river too. ;)

card table ,,,what looks like a spa,,open plan,,,, fresh water storage,,,,,that takes care of the top storey,,,now lets see bottom area,,, king size bedroom with water view,, full optioned galley,,,peg basket,, external stairway,,unisex helm with active "see through" screen, air conditioning, and heaps of natural lighting

i've seen places in the local rag that dont have this much potential going for thousands,,,,,,,,,
