Hi all, just a quick free community help announcement. I was out boating today and got collared by the boys in blue [smiley=policeman.gif] They had the crew from ch 9 Extra filming an Easter safety message for boaties.. I was on with my two sons...Hmmm sounds like a TV show ;D Anyway thought I would share. Just goes to show how unexpected life can be!! ;) on the high seas.
P.S. I was the penultimate safe boat scippa :)
Also saw the racing yaught SCANDIA on the river 8-) Coool

"SS Safety Spud" #;D

Yeh happened to me the other day coming out of Horizon Shores Spud. I was in my bro in laws boat. Here they were blocking the entrance and latched on beside me for a complete licence, safety check. Bit hard to idle and steer with them hanging on the side when you are a little nervous and you have 20 knots of south easter in your face. Nearly drifted into the rocks with their rubby ducky first to go, certainly sped up the inspection. #;) #
