Can you buy NSW fishing licence in Brisbane?

Howdy,
I plan on tailorshooting down tailor south of the border tailor on Sunday morning (early) tailor for a spot of tailor fishing.
Anyone know where I can get a NSW licence in Brisbane, if at all? :-?

have just bought a cockie licence online and will hopefuly liberate a few of their tailor.
