BUMP, is that ignorant

I've noticed that some members use the phase 'bump', is this some type of slang or just an ignorant comment because the subject at hand is not to their interest????

just trying to get a worthy subject up to the top of the page for viewing, often done in the wanted and sales sections

They are just "bumping" the subject to the top of the list. This was done to move some NOT SO FRIENDLY subject matter off the site. don't sweat it.

Nah, it is just to move the topic back up to the top of the list again!

Every time someone replies to a topic, that automatically "refreshes" it and gets it back where everybody can read it again.

Usually done on important or interesting topic that has slid back a couple of pages and someone wants to get it back to page 1 again.

Also use BOING or BOUNCE sometimes!
