Spiro,

We know them ,they are customers we all know by name.
The lads are a great group of fishos and they catch some very impressive fish alot of the time out the front here.
One of them has accounted for more jewfish on the local reefs than just about anyone we know.
Send us a message with some details and we can pass it on if you like.

The majority will be on AKFF as is Chanquitas , Canoedle and myself ;), they regularly schedule trips amongst themselves and exchange tips

They nearly lost one of there group on Saturday the 27 of May off Margate.
On a New moon he had no light displayed and being very low in the water in a NE chop. He was very lucky not to get run over.
I did not see a thing and was about 10M away doing 20knots when he hit me with a torch.
Scared the Sh_t out of me.
Make yourselves visable fellas. All you need is allround white light.
Cheers.

Would be surprised if it was an AKFF bloke because we are keen to give this sort of fishing a good name and not be known as lunatics; the light issue has got many mentions on the yak forum.

Hopefully you scared the crap out of the yakker so he wakes up mate ;)

Yep, safety is a huge concern with us mate, wouldnt have been one of ours. There are plenty of affordable options for night lights, no excuse for being on the water at night without one.

Karl - How do you guys put lights on at night on your yaks? I'm curious as to how you do it...
