Touchy's latest update

They finally decided today to operate after much debate due to his condition. #They have had to remove his bowel as it had ruptured and was leaking into his stomach. #He will have to wear a bag for the rest of his life but i am sure he will find a way to soft plastic at wello with one. #The next 24hrs are crucial but as everyone knows he is as tough as you can get, and all we can do at this stage is take it one day at a time. #Thanks again for all your well wishes, I will post again to give another update as soon as any more info comes to hand. #

I've been logging on just to see if there is any more news about Fred.

I spoke to Jonno today, there waiting to see how he recovers from the first op, but still have him on a breathing machine.
The second step is the cysts on his spinal cord, which will also require operating on.
Then there is the infection in his leg, which doesnt look good, and the leg could go also.
So the old fellas still has a long way to go and a few major hurdles to get over first.
