Seabreeze was set up for kite surfing wasn't it???
Seems to me the kite surfer who set it up is way too smart!
There he is... sitting back thinking ... "Where will i kite surf today??"
"I'd like to try spot x, but it's always crowded when the wind is good...."
"Hang on.... That's it!"
I'll just update my Seabreeze website to show bugger all wind...... The surfers will check, see it's not blowing and give it a miss!"
"I'll be able to have the place to myself! "

Nah, if you wanted to commission someone to write the modelling software you too could operate a weather forecasting site.

There are heaps of routing agencies worldwide who will supply forecasts on subscription, and they all have different software, but they all collect the data from common sources.
