Hi

Ive just moved up to Jabiru, NT from Brissy and was wondering if anyone knew of a website similiar to this for Territorians? This site is great for reading up on others trips and the odd bragg but most of the users (if not all) are on the east coast.

Thanks
Dane

For starters you could possibly try www.happymicks.com.au

The site has a lot of local information. Bit of a starting point for you anyway. I'm sure a few other ausfishers have interesting N.T. sites for you?

Nice area up there, go up once a year to the 4 mile, last year went to the 2 mile, that cyclone increased the water up there, couldnt get out to the 4 mile as it was underwater :o
Maybe try googling and see what you get from that.

Hey
Yeh I've been out for a few casts over the last few weekends but all land based. Scored a few little barra, saratoga and tarpon but nothing serious landed as yet. Went out to place called Cahills Crossing this morning for change of tide and managed to hook two solid barra (70 ish) on drop bear squidges but both threw the hooks. Crocs are interesting round those parts onn the change of tide as you can see from the vid.

My car is soon to arrive and will drop a few subtle hints to my neighbor to get out in a boat next weekend.

Will keep you posted
