Lost pumicestone passage caloundra

Well I lent a rod to a mate who had friends come up for holidays The boys went down the passage at Caloundra and had the rod out the back and then decided to change spots :o well none of them notice the small Mitchell spinning rod and reel that was at the back :-[ Later in the night they hooked onto a stray line that was tangled around the prop and managed to retrieve the very tip of the rod and that was all ;D So if anyone finds a mitchell spinnig rod and reel with the tip broken off in the passage could you let me know

Will keep an eye out ... I fish the passage at the northern most tip every fortnight or so.

If it was a Shimano Stella or similar I probably wouldnt let you know. :)

We are heading up to Caloundra on Thursday night for the Easter Break, and, no doubt, will be out in the passage as much as possible. #Do you have any more details about where they were when the rod went over the side?
