G'day everyone,
Well- you know the story- I'm off to the UK on a working visa for a year or two, so this boat has to go aswell...
I have owned this boat for about 4 years now and it's never failed me. This would be an excellent boat for someone with limited cash (which is why I had it) and wants the reliability of a newer motor (motor alone cost me $1850 a year and a half ago). I just want my money back (well, almost) on the motor, everything else is just part of the bargain. It will be sad to see the old girl go #:'(
DETAILS:
Tinny- 12 foot (3.6m) De Havilland tinny, middle bench seat removed, 8 rod holders, white/blue interior. Needs a minor weld on the top of the transom, won't be hard or expensive to get done.
REGISTERED till June 2007
Trailer- Homemade (from best I can tell- registered as homemade anyway), is a bit rusty, springs will have to be replaced soon, winch wire needs to be re-joined (I snapped it, it just needs a new loop joiner/conector on the tinny end).
REGISTERED till January 2007
Motor- 1997 model 25hp Johnson short shaft. (could do with a new prop- about $70)
Includes: Boat, Trailer, Motor, marine carpet, battery nav lights, sand/Danforth anchor (brand new, with chain and 50m rope), 2 life jackets, licence plate light board.
