You must be a Bronze Member to be able to post a For Sale Ad. This means you must have at least 30 legit posts.

By posting or using the For Sale section you agree to be bound by the following guidelines. Inappropriate actions or misuse of this forum may result in your IP Address and Username being banned from this website.

Moderators reserve the right to question, edit, close, or disapprove any advertisement that does not comply with these guidelines, or appears to be obviously selling an item imported from overseas for profit.

Members posting nuisance replies (bagging of products, off topic discussions etc) will be banned from the site.

This chat board is for use by private (non-commercial) members of Ausfish.com.au to sell their items. This forum is NOT for use by retailers or distributors, or anyone selling bulk items for personal profit including bulk sales.

EMAIL ADDRESSES and PHONE NUMBERS are not permitted to be posted in threads. All discussions shall take place either in the forums themselves or via Private Messages.

EXTERNAL LINKS to eBay auctions, or alternative sale websites are not allowed.

GROUP PURCHASE Ads are not permitted.

If it is a spare part state what it is for, or if it is a reel state the type of fishing it is best used for, etc.

Condition
New, Fair, Used, etc.

Topic Content
Detailed Description: compose a detailed description of the component.

Reason for selling
No longer required, upgraded, etc.

Location:
Town or Suburb

Important details:
*specifications *age
If it is a motor vehicle, boat etc, date of manufacture, hrs, mileage, RWC, colour etc

Optional details:
*warranty *packaging *original receipt *features and function *photo/picture *webpage link to specifications, reviews

Picture
Where ever possible, attach a Picture of the item

Price
Detail which payment method you will accept (Paypal or COD)

BUMPING YOUR THREAD

You may post a single reply with the word "BUMP" on your advertisement to re-list it at the top of the listing of For Sale items in each 10 day period. If you bump your item more than once in 7 days, your post will be completely deleted and you will not be notified.

You must post a reply to your ad letting people know that it has been sold.
