Why not consider a 2 stroke?

They are cheaper, need less maintenance, and if your using it as an auxiliary it will push a heavy boat better than the same HP 4 stroke.

I also want it for trolling in the fresh dams (going to awoonga)and I thought the 4 strokes were more quiet and gave off less viberation under the water. Does anyone know different?
