Cheap Postie Bike (in working condition)

Hi was looking at getting a cheap postie bike, anyone know wher I can get a working one. I don't need it to have rgo as I am just going to use it around the house.

They pop up on ebay quite often, Australia Post gets rid of them when they have done about 20-25,000km and I have seen them from about $700-$1500. Cheers.
