Does anyone own or has used any of the temple fork flyrods. Aparently they won an award at the dealers expo for outstanding quality etc. If you have used or tried them what is the noticable difference between IM8 and IM6 technology.

Hi Sporty

i have a Im6 a #7 and im planning it to be my estuary and dam rod. Possible a heavy trout rod.

Like Max said the #7 s the end of the line for Saltwater IM6.

Havent had the pleasure of casting a IM8 but flylife a couple of issues ago did a review. Chris Beech did the review on it i believe and really like the rod.

Thanks for the replies It seems they are a good investment. Should I go with the IM8 if I can afford it? as the difference in price is not great. I am leaning towards the 8wt. Is this suitable for estuary and Dam work?
