I’m installing a live bait tank, and was wondering how long you have to keep the aeration pump on for. The tank will hold about 20L.

What sort of live bait tank are you setting up? Fresh or salt water?? Ideally your tank should employ a bilge pump, allowing water to be constantly pumped through the tank.
I have some info on my webpage about live bait tanks if your interested. ;D

Hi heath, I've been reading old posts about bait tanks and I see you have a website with some info. Just wondering if you could send me the web address so I could have a look, very hard to find any info on how to plumb one, cheers braz

I have an approx 40L live bait tank. If there's live bait in it, the pump stays on unless on the plane, then I switch it off and let the pickup do its job.
