Okay guys time to get serious
Ive saved up the pennies and now im looking to spend about $1500 on a 2nd hand outboard. Im looking for a 2 stroke in the 25hp range preferably Yamaha. Can anyone tell me what sort of vintage this price range will get me. Im hoping to achieve mid 90's or newer. Or does anyone know of any good places to start looking. I want to go through some form of dealer so i can talk warranty after my much publicised foray into the disasterous world of chrysler artificial reefs.
Cheers
Michael

Good call Phil. your wisdom shines through. Might keep saving those pennies till the show. Wouldnt mind an evinrude and they should have some deals trying to regain market share. Might pick up a sounder at the same time.
cheers

Might be worth having a chat to Suzuki at the show as well.
