marine shops or camping shops are the go . i picked up one for when it sits in the shed some idiot did try but left empty handed after he saw the lock on it. lucky he didn't get a bullet for his trouble

Try Locked-Its, get them anywhere, just don't do a blonde and forget its on ::) back down the ramp without taking it off ::)
Took a few whacks with a small sledgehammer to put back into shape! :-X
