Boat Modifications

Thinking of geting some transom steps for the 4.2 tinnie. Anyone know of a good Alum welder and approx price for step and rail in Brisbane.

Was also wondering if they get in the way for fishing - only really getting them for getting in and out when swiming snorkeling. Any feed back would be great!
