While keeping an eye out for any bits and pieces i need for a boat I am refitting i came across some second hand coolroom panel for $30, after peeling the outer layer away it works out to 1m3 of useable foam. I already have where and how I will fit some of it under floor and on the transom but i am all out of low maintenance ideas for fitting along the underside of the Gunnels and the underside of the front deck? I would like the foam to be removable if needed without major drama but be fairly solidly and lightly held in place so I can forget it is there, I will be wrapping each piece like it's christmas in Viscreen and waterproof tape before fitting. Any ideas welcome, thanks nq
