Cut out transoms?

Stessco cut out transoms! Any problems with these boats?

No. Never had a problem underway. Had three teaspoons come in under anchor once in short rough chop and a big wash

Thanks for repying! My son tried to talk me out of buying it, but i see plenty of these cut outs around, so if there was much of a safety problem, i supose this would be the place to find out!
