Looking for a Car-top boat

I'm driving a Ford Fairmont and would like to buy a boat for my fishing trips. Could anyone recommend me a car-top boat that my Fairmont could handle?

My budget isn't all that great but was hoping to find something that could be used in rivers, dams, estuaries and river mouths. I'm doing flyfishing and being able to flycast in one would be great.
