melbdan,
bungie is correct the actual measurements given work out to 102 ltrs .
Taking into account thickness of material , any baffels in the tank etc , if it's rectangular it will probably hold around 100ltrs .

Melbdan,

Were you away sick from school on the day they covered volume in maths, or had you been sent to the principals office.

I ended up with 100 lts allowing for the thickness of the tank but you will find out when you get to the petrol pump like I did lucky for me it was only 62 lt's....*S*

Come on guys " you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, you teach him how to fish , you feed him forever".. He might own another tank one day..
So here is how you work it out, easy once you know 1000 cubic centimetres, ie. a cube 10 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm, holds a litre. So in your case converting your measurements to centimetres, thats 200cm by 34cm by 15cm = 102000 cc's. Divide by 1000 gives you 102 litres based on external measurements. :P
